Working on a start-up, you get used to a rapid rate of change. I've enjoyed the pace even as it's increased recently; conceiving an idea in the morning and deploying it by mid-afternoon. We've mentioned it various places, but many may not have come across the fact the founders of 10LocalCoupons were also the founders, way back in 1999, of RegionalHelpWanted.com, a network of over 300 local job websites across the US and Canada.
